Cookies

The short answer

The editorial pages of Crispberry do not set cookies, and do not use local storage or similar technologies to recognise you. There are no advertising pixels or social media trackers. We use Ahrefs Web Analytics in its cookie-free configuration to understand aggregate visits; it does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. This is separate from the technologies used in our online shop.

How we still know what people read

We keep simple daily totals: how many times each page was viewed and which websites sent visitors our way. Those totals are not linked to you. We do not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints or any identifier with them. Our privacy notice explains this in more detail, along with the standard security logs every web server keeps.

Fonts and images

Our fonts, icons and images are served from our own server rather than Google Fonts. Your browser also contacts Ahrefs to load its analytics script and send usage events, and Cloudflare Turnstile where a protected form is present. Read our privacy notice for more information.

If this changes

Shopping pages use a separate platform for the basket and checkout. Consult the privacy and cookie information displayed in the shop for its technologies, providers and consent choices. This editorial website notice does not describe the shop cookies.
