What our content is, and is not
Our guides, articles and recipes are general information about food. They are not medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and they are not a substitute for talking to your GP, a registered dietitian or another qualified professional. Please take particular care if you have an allergy, a medical condition, are pregnant, or are feeding a baby or young child.
Nutrition figures are typical values drawn from published sources and will vary between products and brands. Always read the label on the product in your hand.
We work hard to be accurate and we correct mistakes quickly when we find them, but we cannot promise that every page is complete or up to date. If you spot something wrong, email hello@crispberry.co.uk.
Recipes and food safety
Follow normal kitchen hygiene, check ingredients for allergens and use your own judgement when preparing food for other people. Freeze-dried fruit pieces can be a choking risk for babies and young children, so always prepare food in a way that suits the child's age.
Our shop
We do not currently sell products on this website. When the shop opens, separate terms of sale will apply to orders and we will publish them before we take any.
Your use of the site
You are welcome to read, share links to and quote short extracts from our pages with a link back. Please do not copy whole articles, scrape the site in a way that harms its performance, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
